Our "Reader Revenue" department bundles all marketing activities in the user market of paid media (including daily newspapers such as "Tages-Anzeiger", "Tribune de Genève", "Berner Zeitung", but also magazines such as "Finanz & Wirtschaft" and "Schweizer Familie"). This includes the ongoing optimisation of the entire sales funnel, the further development of the subscription portfolio and all sales and marketing activities in favor of subscription acquisition.
What you can expect:
Within the department, you will actively support the Subscription Management Team in the expansion and further development of the reporting and analysis system for the data-driven management of our subscriber business on a strategic and operational level.
- you will support the further development of cross-system target group selection processes in various (CRM) systems and data activation
- you are responsible for the creation and further development of the campaign reporting
- you support data activation and data flow across different systems
- you support the development and implementation of metrics, dashboards and reports
- you will work closely with data engineers to ensure a smooth flow of information from source systems to final reports
Requirements :
- a good level of German is a must. Moreover, you are business fluent in English. French is a plus
- a recognised degree in computer science, mathematics, business or a similar discipline
- knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is an advantage
- knowledge of SQL and reporting/visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, QlikView, Tableau) is a plus
- strong affinity with data
- deep understanding of marketing and campaign processes
- you have good communication skills and know how to present complex issues in an easy-to-understand way
