Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will drive the implementation of product marketing strategies within your designated area, aligning with the global product strategy to achieve business objectives. Day-to-day, you will execute targeted marketing activities and support the Sales organization to promote sales and service for specific products. You will also leverage your expertise to enhance sales efficiency by providing essential product knowledge, information, and training.Work Model: HybridThis role is part of the product marketing team within Electrification and Smart Buildings, focusing on DIN Rail Products in Switzerland. Key stakeholders include the Local Marketing and Sales Organization, customers, and the global Product Line.Your Key Responsibilities:•Implement the product marketing strategy in your assigned area or segment, defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning in line with the global marketing strategy.•Achieve product marketing targets and budgets by tracking progress regularly and establishing improvement plans as needed.•Focus on achieving order targets and continuously improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS).•Execute the annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant divisions and product groups.•Develop business plans that drive business growth in your defined market.Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role
- You have a deep understanding of Go-to-Market Strategies, Portfolio Management, and the Distributor, Panel Builder, and OEM markets.
- With at least 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, you bring a proven track record of success. (Optional: Experience as a Product Marketing Specialist with DIN Rail Products, particularly in Line Protection, Residual Current Devices, and MDRC Devices, is a strong asset.)
- You are proficient in SAP, MS 365, and analytics tools.
- You are passionate about effective internal and external communication and are a collaborative team player.
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering; additional qualifications in marketing are preferred.
- You are fluent in both German and English (mandatory); knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage.
