Responsibilities & Profile
Your contribution to KPMG
- Accompanying our customers (banks, asset managers and insurance companies) in the implementation of non-financial reporting frameworks
- Document or design or implement robust non-financial reporting processes
- Draft and roll out non-financial accounting manuals
- Provide technical advice and interpretations on major non-financial reporting frameworks
- Support the preparation or enhancement of non-financial statements
- Lead projects from budget and scope development to successful execution of deliverables
- Win in the market by building client relationships as well as leading and presenting proposals
- Work on a day-to-day basis with more junior team members on projects, review their work and provide on-the-job training for their development
- Shape and develop our team with your involvement in recruiting activities, in-house trainings, performance manager roles, etc.
This is what makes you successful
- Bachelor or master's in business administration
- 5-8 years of experience with sustainability reporting, metrics, standards, or guidance in an FS context
- Experience with or knowledge of reporting frameworks such as SASB, GRI, TCFD, TNFD, UN Global Compact, ISSB, CSRD/EFRAG, SFDR and WEF IBC's Stakeholder capitalism metrics
- Experience with the preparation of sustainability policies, climate strategies, process documentation or performance evaluations
- Experience in creating scalable and repeatable metrics and dashboards for reporting, determining value realization and data-driven target setting for the development of long-term goals
- Experience with assurance of non-financial disclosures of financial institutions (ISAE 3000) is an advantage
- Excellent German and English skills, good French skills are an advantage.
