This position reports to

Order Handling Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, order and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

The work model for the role is:#LI-Hybrid (50/50)

This role is contributing to theEnergy Industries Division inSwitzerland.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including order intake, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
• Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Production, SCM, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Acting as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
• Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.

Qualifications for the role

  • Possess a commercial apprenticeship degree (Lehre als Kauffachkraft/KV) with hands-on experience in order handling during or after your apprenticeship.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and Chinese is highly advantageous.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Highly organized with a structured approach to tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong networking abilities.
  • SAP, Salesforce and BOL knowledge are a big advantage
