The core task of the Distribution, Product & Trade Compliance Department is about preventing any disruptions of market access for our products due to legal failure, reputation loss and chain breakage. As a central interface, our main focus is on service and problem-solving orientated support for our internal and external interfaces and our global platforms.


  • Market Access: Monitor and analyze compliance requirements for our products, including watches and POSM materials (e.g., furniture, gift packaging) by reflecting worldwide regulations.
  • Analysis and Assurance: Conduct analyses on product and trade compliance topics and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Sustainability: Support the company's sustainability strategy around product & regulatory compliance.
  • Audit (RJC): Support & conduct audits for various certificates to comply with national and international regulations.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs for internal users on different compliance topics.
  • Master Data Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and currency of master data related to product and trade compliance.
  • LTSD Management (GTS/ S4): Monitor and implement LTSD to profit from trade agreements and their impact on trade.
  • Swiss-Made: Ensure compliance with "Swiss-Made" regulations on our finished products.
  • Customs: Monitoring of customs clearance processes, requests and requirements from customs authorities.


  • Completed studies and / or master's degree, preferably in compliance, economics, supply chain management, or similar education.
  • First experience in Product & Trade Compliance / Customs Management.
  • Basic knowledge in the areas of free trade agreements, customs & Swiss Made.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (SAP GTS would be a plus).
  • Open personality with great communication skills that likes to connect with people.
  • Verbal / written proficiency in English and German, French is a Plus.
