Your tasks
- Liaise with and support students and lecturers during courses on site and online, providing high levels of support where needed
- Coordinate the schedules, optimizing the student learning journey
- Work with the team to ensure that the student experience is enriching, memorable, and functions smoothly
- Administer the learning management platform “Canvas” and student IT accounts
- Administer the hybrid teaching facility, e.g., set up facilities for courses
- Support the development of the full and part-time programmes via research, networking, and supporting in the development of innovative student-learning and student-experience programmes
Your profile
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office) and an ability or willingness to master our learning management system (i.e., Canvas) and other software (e.g., In Design), including hybrid software and equipment
- Very high attention to detail with the ability to deal with multiple tasks, issues, and enquiries in various formats in a calm and efficient manner, and excellent project management skills
- Great communication and customer service skills, goes the extra mile to meet the needs of students, faculty, and other actors connected to the programme
- High level of personal responsibility and independence
- Team player who likes to engage with others on the MBA team
- Excellent written and spoken English is necessary; German language skills is desired, yet not necessary
- Previous experience in a higher education setting would be advantageous but not essential
- Positive mindset, shows up with a smile on their face, sees opportunities instead of challenges, responsive and willing to step up when needed
