In this role you are responsible for setting the right go-to-market strategies with Tax & Legal Marketing. You are able to drive a process whereby the right topics are identified with the relevant stakeholders and then translated into actions
Responsibilities & Profile
Your contribution to KPMG
Define and constantly further develop the go-to-market plans
Ensure that the right priorities are set and translated into a marketing plan, including the use of the appropriate communication channels
Make sure the marketing plan is implemented and success is measured
Plan and implement service-oriented offers, solutions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing specialists
Develop and create publications such as studies, factsheets, media presentations and whitepapers (with support of Marketing PM)
Incorporate digital channels and latest marketing techniques into KPMG's marketing strategy
Identify speakers' platforms
Manage and generate knowledge about new trends, technologies, channels within KPMG's networks, leveraging these
Leverage functional marketing campaigns from KPMG International or other member firms and toolkits – actively share Swiss marketing and communication activities within the networks
Closely collaborate with the Media Relations, Digital Media, Internal and other Marketing teams, Service Line Leaders.
This is what makes you successful
Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience (marketing in a professional services environment is a plus)
Self-driven, energetic personality who can make an impact
Strategic, conceptual thinker, hands-on attitude
Ability and willingness to deal with complex products and services
German or English mother tongue, with fluency in the other language
Ability to develop deeper understanding of Tax & Legal's and the other KPMG services
Stakeholder and project management experience is a plus
Ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships within and outside one's own function
Promote and utilize cross-functional and cross-team collaboration regularly and frequently
