Get ready to be part of an exciting Talent Acquisition journey by supporting assigned business areas in recruiting their future workforce. Are you passionate about Talent Acquisition and finding the most skilled professionals?

Contribute to defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures aligned with Group guidance, policy and procedures.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
• Be an integral part of our team and take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process including kick-offs withhiringmanagers, candidate selection,communication, interviews and offer negotiations
• Participating meaningfully in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
• Recommending new practices, processes or policies to improveHRfunction

Qualifications for the role:

• 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is essential
• Ability to understand and empathize with different perspectives to build strong stakeholder relationships
• High level ofinitiative, structured working methods andjoined-up thinking
• Demonstrated knowledge of interview methodologies and the swiss labour market
• Asolution-focusedapproach, effective written and spokencommunicationskills
• A degree in Economics , Business Administration ,Psychology,Human Resources, or relateddiscipline
• Fluency in English andGerman
