As a Trainee, you will be part of the Central Consulting Team. You will work in a collaborative environment which enables you to develop your expertise in various talent topics to further improve our employee experience spanning across the entire employee lifecycle.
How you can make an impact
- We offer you an exciting internship in which you get to know the HR department (People and Purpose) of an international firm
- You have the opportunity gain insights into different teams and thus get a holistic picture of our HR activities from many perspectives
- You will support us on an administration and coordination basis during projects, process improvements and operational daily work (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development etc.). Your will support the HRBP community to ensure high service quality for our stakeholders
- You will take ownership and drive talent topics across Tech & Transformation in collaboration with the entire practice and key stakeholders
- You will engage in the preparation and execution of our Junior Hiring Program
- You will manage highly visible operational tasks and engage in intensive data analysis to further progress on various talent topics
Who we are looking for
- You are currently completing your University degree (Bachelors or Masters) in a relevant field
- You are curious and proactive, enjoy working independently while also being a strong team player in a diverse environment
- You are happy to learn and get involved in a variety of talent-related projects
- You have excellent Excel, PowerPoint, stakeholder management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and deliver against tight deadlines
- You enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders; you are communicative, resilient and have a flexible personality
- You have a curious mindset and the ability and desire to ask the right questions and challenge yourself
- You are fluent in English
