Responsibilities & Profile
Your contribution to KPMG
- Creating convincing non-technical sections of proposal documents and collaborating closely with our experts to build attractive technical sections
- Proactively and autonomously gather relevant information from proposal stakeholders within the business and produce agreed deliverables according to set deadlines
- Develop professional, target-oriented communications that are grammatically correct and stylistically aligned with the KPMG standards of excellence
- Collaborate closely with the Proposal Leader and/or Proposal Project Manager to ensure a consistent approach and service level throughout a proposal process
- Assume project management responsibilities for proposal processes, where developing critical messaging is the key service required by the business
- Coordinate the production of documents and presentations materials
- Document leading practice proposal documents and text modules in cooperation with the Proposal Knowledge Management
- Provide proofreading services for diverse documents and communications developed within the Proposal Team
This is what makes you successful
- University degree in Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration
- Ideally 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in an international company; experience with Audit-, Tax- or Advisory-related communication is an asset
- Experience in writing and editing business related texts
- Native English skills and good French skills (both written and verbal), German and/or Italian skills are a plus
- Ability to carefully listen and transfer information into a written form as well as an affinity for subjects like professional service selling, Audit, Tax or Advisory topics
- A proactive mindset that enables you to act, work, and think independently, while ensuring that the duties and high standards of the Proposal Team are appropriately represented
- Experienced user of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and motivated to work with digital media
- Pragmatic mindset with very strong organizational skills and an ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
