Your responsibilities

• Designing, Implementing and Validating software applications for UPS product line.
• Formulating Analog and Digital Electronics specifically for UPS purposes.
• Design & Implement Networking solutions primarily for Power Quality Systems.
• Contributing towards general improvement by providing support as needed.
• Integrating Engineering Solutions for customized customer requirements & Application.
• Assisting customers to troubleshoot issues related to the operation of real-time & mission-critical systems.
• Applying the NPI process by overseeing NPI tollgate activities and managing related documentation for each NPI Program.

Your background

• University degree in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years experience with software development.
• Knowledge of C and assembler programming, embedded SW development and web-based applications, communication protocols.
• Knowledge on connectivity tasks and related firmware (LINUX is a plus).
• Proficiency with standard PC Office Software (eg, EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT).
• Demonstrated abilities: strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, manage multiple tasks, self-starter and independent.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and work in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to work using own initiative and willing to actively support to back-office administrative activities.
• Availability to travel occasionally.
• Knowledge in power electronic control is preferable.
• Experience in modeling, simulation and testing of power electronics is preferable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills is preferable.
