Sales Operations Coordinator


In this central position, you will ensure smooth and competent customer service for the Swiss market and be the contact person for the global sales team in the areas of sales operations. You will support the Swiss market team and work closely with the regional sales managers.


  • Full support of the day-to-day product enquiries - price, availability & delivery
  • Process of orders, sales and purchase invoices in SAP and other relevant systems
  • Process and monitoring of shipments to ensure timely delivery to partners and internal boutiques
  • Support wholesale accounts on daily sales activities, including customer account creation/ maintenance, sell-in and sell-out
  • Maintain & track overall stock movements (deliveries, consignments, invoices)
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Provide support to the regional Swiss team for Sales and Marketing activities (manufacture visits, logistics for events, operations)


  • Commercial degree or equivalent training and initial professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the watch or luxury goods industry
  • Service-oriented person with high level of self-organization, sense of detail, independent and structured working style
  • Team player with good interpersonal competences, able to communicate effectively over the phone, via email and face-to-face.
  • Fluent in German and English. Conversational level in French
  • Strong analytical and IT skills (e.g. MS Office, SAP)
