In this role, you will oversee and lead the execution of system projects to our customers in Aluminum, Hydrogen, Electrowinning, Power Quality solutions, Electrical Arc Furnaces. and Green Steel industries worldwide, working together with highly motivated and experienced international team. Reporting to the Head of Project Management High Power Rectifiers (HPR, with current up to 120kA and voltage up to 2000V), you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.*Workplace will be Baden (City) as of 2025.

Your responsibilities
- Leading the execution of medium-sized projects (approx. USD 2 to 40 million) on all five continents from signing of contract through to successful completion of on-site work, including coordination with different stakeholders
- Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned
- Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers
- Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements.
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel on project assignments around the globe (approx. 5 -10% of overall working hours)
Your background
- Min 5 years of experience in leading mid-size industrial projects, ideally with regard to electrification, automation, drives, and/or power electronics
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors/factories
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, additional degree in economic disciplines is an advantage
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and a pro-active professional "can-do" attitude
- Fluency in English & German (min. B2 level)
- Experience in ERP (SAP) know-how is a real benefit
