Local Division Manager Robotics Switzerland

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. The work model for the role is: #hybridThis role is contributing to the Local Division Robotics in Switzerland.You will be mainly accountable for:•Creating and driving implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.•Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.•Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring of performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).•Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

  • You enjoy working with various stakeholders and the robotics market.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Field Service and ideally first management experience.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP/Sales Force/Field Service Lighting.
  • You are passionate about field service and adapting to market dynamics.
  • Proven experience of or higher education in robotics or related field.
  • You are at ease communicating in German and English, French is an advantage.
  • You hold current VISA/work permit in Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
