Contribute to defining, implementing, and continuously optimizingTalent Acquisitionprocesses and procedures aligned with Group guidance, policy and procedures.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
• Being an integral part of our team and take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process including kick-offs withhiringmanagers, candidate selection,communication, interviews and offer negotiations
• Participating meaningfully in Talent Acquisitionprojects and initiatives
• Recommending new practices, processes or policies to improveHRfunction

Qualifications for the role

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment andtalent acquisitionis essential
• Ability to understand and empathize with different perspectives to build strong stakeholder relationships
• High level ofinitiative, structured working methods andjoined-up thinking
• Demonstrated knowledge of interview methodologies and the Swiss labor market
• Asolution-focusedapproach, effective written and spokencommunicationskills
• A degree inEconomics,Business Administration,Psychology,Human Resources, or relateddiscipline
• Fluency in English andGerman
