In this role, working within the Division System Drives Global Marketing & Communications team, you will make an impact on how we define value propositions in alignment with our markets and customers' needs. You will also contribute in building market and performance analytics tools to support data driven decision making across several functions.

Your responsibilities

  • Map customer types and their needs for our target industries, and create relevant value propositions looking at our entire System Drives portfolio
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors' practices, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for improvement in how we deliver our value propositions
  • Update and maintain business intelligence tools (mainly based on Power BI) to monitor our market and product performance on a monthly basis
  • Collaborate with cross function teams to ensure product and market data quality across a variety of tools
  • Monitor and report marketing KPIs, proposing corrective or improvement actions where relevant
  • Support the maintenance of marketing assets content up to date for all segments
  • Support the development and delivery of sales enablement activities such as lead generation campaigns

Your background

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as PowerBI, Excel is a must (Meltwater knowledge is a plus)
  • Curiosity around technology, electrification and how this impacts key industrial processes
  • Analytic mindset and ability to make own research to support the business in decision making processes
  • Creativity in delivering information visually is a plus
  • Collaborative and curious team player, able to work in a diverse working environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are of advantage
