Your tasks
- Conduct rigorous research in an interdisciplinary team
- Present research at international conferences
- Publish research in high-impact outlets
- Teach in university courses/lead applied workshops (if desired)
- Work closely with the PI on Swiss National Science Foundation project (#193128)
- Collaborate with and co-mentor the doctoral student in the team together with the PI
Your profile
- (Soon to be) PhD in leadership, management (organizational behavior or HRM focus), work and organizational psychology, social psychology (or similar)
- Excellent oral and written English, as evidenced via native language skills or in relevant test scores (e.g., TOEFL, stays abroad, a Master's thesis written in English)
- Excellent quantitative methods skills and statistical program expertise (e.g., R, Stata, Python)
- (Soon to be) published in peer-reviewed, international journal(s)
- Enjoy research in an ambitious, collaborative team
- Curious, conscientious, self-reliant, communicative, responsible, and creative
